If you want to offer excellent knowledge-based services, it is impossible to do without excellent staff. That is why Admin Amsterdam sets high requirements for its staff, in order to be able to guarantee the level of quality we are known for. All our employees hold a degree from a professional university (Dutch: ‘HBO’) or a university in a relevant subject, such as accountancy, business management, tax law or ‘Small Business’ (Dutch ‘HBO’ professional degree). We do not have any ‘junior’ positions. You will only be doing business with tax, book-keeping or payroll preparation specialists who have a minimum of three years of experience in working for accounting firms.

However, we believe that these criteria are not enough. At Admin Amsterdam, we are of the opinion that experience and degrees do not last indefinitely. Because we want to stay ahead of the competition when it comes to keeping abreast of new developments, legislation and trends, we stimulate our employees to follow a degree programme that allows them to obtain a degree as an Accountant/Accountancy Consultant (Dutch: ‘Accountant Administratieconsulent,’ or ‘AA’). We also stimulate them to keep their knowledge up-to-date by taking additional courses. Each of our employees is given the opportunity to obtain 40 Permanent Education (PE) points each year.
